Simulators For RC Helicopters

If you have just bought your very own RC helicopter model, then you will find it is not so easy to fly it without having the proper training to do so. In this article, you will be given some beginner guidelines that will help you fly your new RC helicopter.

Think about what you saw on the commercial for it and even though it may be hard to do, try do make that fantasy real, and through hard work and lots of practice, you could be flying it just like that.

Try to get your helicopter to land the way you want it to and facing the correct way, don’t just land it so that you can say you can make it land. Adjust the trims so they aren’t completely on the center of the helicopter and try to fly it, then adjust them again so the feel of it becomes normal for you. Challenge yourself by moving the control sticks around until the RC helicopter is doing things it shouldn’t be doing, and then try to get the helicopter back to where it should be.

The second time you do this, adjust the wind so that it is blowing at 10 miles per hour, and then the third time you practice, increase the turbulence to 10 miles per hour.

You may be excited about this and want to go out and do it right now, but it is important to learn everything there is to know about the simulator, before you try it out. Start practicing left to right movements, and then try to fly your RC Helicopter without running into yourself or going above your head.

Rotations are automatic with the training simulator for the RC helicopter and are very simple for you to do, but they will not be as easy in real life. To assist you in getting prepared for the real thing, find the screen that contains the label “blade drag ratio”, select it, and then put in double the amount.

When you are using the training simulator, there might be a couple of things that happen that are not mentioned in this article, so watch out for them. Now that you are done, run out and locate a big grassy area where you can begin flying your RC helicopter.
